Officers are only entitled to act on emergent matters, or which have been previously approved and delegated to them for action by a vote of the membership.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b	The completed copy of the form 990 is electronically shared with the corporate officers prior to filing. At the next stated meeting of the Lodge, the completion of the form 990 is announced, and the Secretary's copy is available for any member to review, or an electronic copy will be forwarded to a member who requests such email delivery.
Form 990, Part VI, Section C, Line 19	The Lodge bylaws are available as a word document, which will be forwarded electronically as well as being periodically printed and mailed with the published Annual Report to the entire membership. Monthly financial reports are printed and distributed at the monthly business meeting. The complete Annual Reports of the Secretary and Treasurer are printed, distributed and reviewed at the Annual Meeting of the Lodge.
