| Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 6 | The Association shall have members as provided in the Articles of Incorporation and these Bylaws who apply for and are admitted as members and who pay the required dues and assessments and comply with the provisions of the Articles of Incorporation and these Bylaws. The members shall have no right to any management of or control over operations of the Association, which shall be governed exclusively by the Board of Directors of the Association. The Association shall have the authority to admit members in the following class: A. Class A Non-Voting Members. The Board of Directors in the future shall designate criteria pursuant to which persons may be eligible to be admitted as Class B Non-Voting Members. |
