Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 6	The Organization is made up of members who join voluntarily and pay membership dues. Membership is open to all eligible persons without regard to race, age, sex, marital status, national origin, religion, or physical or mental disability. The Organization was established as a non-stock, not-for-profit, tax-exempt corporation organized under the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 7a	Each of the 13 board members in 2021 had voting rights, the trustee does not vote. The trustee is approved by the board. The vice presidents can appoint assistant vice presidents to help accomplish their functional areas.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 11b	A copy of the 990 is provided to all members of the governing body for review, questions, and comments prior to filing changes and corrections.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 12c	PMIWDC's conflict of interest policy states the following: To ensure that PMIWDC operates in a manner consistent with its tax-exempt purposes and that it does not engage in activities that could jeopardize its status as an organization exempt from federal income tax, periodic reviews shall be conducted. The periodic reviews shall, at minimum, include the following subjects: a) Whether compensation arrangements and benefits are reasonable and are the result of good faith bargaining. b) Whether partnership, joint venture arrangements and any other similar arrangements conform to written policies, are properly recorded, reflect reasonable payments for good and services, further PMIWDC's tax-exempt purposes and do not result in inurement or impermissible private benefit.
