What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? UPSDA Inc primary exempt purpose is to conduct an annual sled dog race each February and to promote and educate the public about sled dog racing.

Paper return was filed on a timely basis as had always been done in the past. Tax preparer was unaware that the return must be efiled until organization was notified by IRS. Under these circumstances organization respectfully requests that any late filing penalties be waived. All future tax returns will be efiled on a timely basis going forward.
