Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 6	The organization's by-laws establish the maximum membership to be 700. The membership has the right to increase or decrease the membership by a 2/3 majority vote of club members present at the annual meeting. If the organization is ever dissolved, all liquidation proceeds are distributed to the National Rifle Association.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7a	The Board of Directors consist of President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, Membership Secretary, Range Officer and Prior President. The President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer are elected by the membership by a simple majority vote of those present at the annual meeting. The Membership Secretary and Range Officer are appointed by the elected members of the Board to a one-year term. The elected Directors serve one-year terms.
