    Beth Kennedy Treasurer had a stroke that paralyzed her from the waist down. She had many months of hospitalizations and rehab with much physical and emotional turmoil including having an addition built onto her house to accommodate her needs so she was not able to fulfill her responsibilities as Treasurer. Others stepped in to help but did so without sufficient background or information. We now have competent help and finally have all of our financial records in order. Thus we are now in the process of trying to get our status corrected by the following steps: 1 We have filed Form 990-PF for calendar year 2020 on May 11 2023. 2 We will file Form 1128 to change our reporting period to the fiscal year that matches our business cycle May-Apr. 3 We will amend Form 990-PF for 2020 and 2021 to match our correct fiscal years. 4 We will request an extension for 2022 then file the appropriate 990 in a timely manner. 5 We will file forms needed to change our 501c3 status to a Public Charity as it should have been originally.
