What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? Sigma Phi Epsilon provides a community of residential learning on North Carolina State University campus for it's undergraduate members. Development of leadership skills with the fraternity campus and community - while understanding it is important to develop a sense of community with philanthropic events and other non-profit organizations.
