Part VI, Line 6	Prentiss County Electric Power Association is a cooperative that provides electric and fiber internet telephone services to its members. All members are treated equally with regard to voting rights.
Part VI, Line 7a	All members receive a ballot annually to vote for the Board of Directors.
Part VI, Line 7b	All members vote annually for the Board of Directors.
Part VI, Line 11a	Normal procedure is to present a copy of Form 990 to each board member for review at the regular monthly meeting prior to filing but this year it was reviewed only by the general manager before filing.
Part VI, Line 15	The wage committee made up of three board members annually reviews comparable compensation for similarly qualified people in comparable positions at other electric utilities including the CEO. This committee reports findings and recommendations to the entire board for review and the final decision for wage rates for all employees.
