Part X, line 2

As of June 30 2022 the Association performed a review of its material tax positions in accordance with recognition and measurement standards established by Generally Accepted Accounting Principles. As a result of the review the Association qualified as a tax-exempt organization under 501c6 and had no unrecorded income derived from unrelated business activities and did not identify any entity level tax positions that would meet the more-likely-than-not threshold.
