Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 15b	Key Employee Review - There is one key employee. He is reviewed annually by the board of directors. The board evaluates his job performance and actions from the past year. The board meets with him to discuss his overall performance and the boards expectations for the coming year. The board then determines any compensation increases. Note the key employees salary is below industry standards.
