We sincerely apologize for submitting our 990 forms late. We have been in operation since 1977 and this is the first time we have had an issue with submitting our forms on time. We had initially sent out our 990 EZ forms via certified mail on November 14th, 2022 without realizing that we should have sent completed form 990 instead. We did not receive anything back from the IRS until mid-February. This is the first time that we have submitted our tax forms late, and although this was our first time submitting the 990 forms, we will make sure to learn from our mistakes and make sure we submit all of our forms on time
