What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? We are a not-for-profit social club organized to promote skiing and other downhill sports activities as well as year-round recreational activities among adults in the Pikes Peak region. We are exempt under the mutual benefit theory.
Describe the organization’s program service accomplishments for each of its three largest program services, as measured by expenses. In a clear and concise manner, describe the services provided, the number of persons benefited, and other relevant information for each program title.
28 The club sponsored 5 major ski trips during the ski season with 18-36 participants on each trip. The club arranged the hotel lodging, meals and social activities for it's members. Income received from members for trip signup was used to pay trip expenses incurred.

We received a letter stating the new requirement to e-file but it's unclear if our former Treasurer (and tax preparer) actually filed the form electronically. A paper copy of the 2021 taxes was mailed in and we received a letter stating the new requirement for electronic filing in mid-May 2022. The Treasurer (& tax preparer) at that time stated she filed the taxes but we have lost contact with her to get official confirmation if they were filed electronically. When preparing the 2022 taxes, we could not find our 2021 taxes through an online search so we are filing this new amended form with some corrections and to ensure they are received electronically.
