Explanation:

River Road Swim club continues to be an managed by volunteers. This last season we lost our 3rd board president this one due to illness. The treasurer, vice president, and secretary were all trying to fill the presidents job. In doing other peoples duties we lost track of the due date of the 990 submission. We apologize for the lateness but at this point it is harder and harder for us to continue to operate with the soaring costs and mounting losses year after year.
