Explanation:

The previous treasurer resigned and did not forward any information to the board or the new treasurer. I stepped into this roll mainly because bills were not being paid. I mailed in a 990 form not knowing that I could not. I have just taken on this role as treasurer and had no prior information on filing 990-EZ. I apologize for this event and did not realize until the letter that came in the mail this past week to me.
