| Form 990, Part VIII, line 11a: | During the year ended December 31, 2022, MoveOn.org Civic Action (MOCA) and related entity MoveOn Education Fund (MOEF) were parties to a services and resources agreement in which MOCA provides certain support services and other resources to MOEF in exchange for a monthly fee of $40,000. The parties determined the fee based on MOCA's anticipated costs of providing such services and resources; the fee is subject to periodic adjustment to ensure that MOEF will pay no more than MOCA's cost in providing the services and resources. Total fees paid by MOEF to MOCA during the year ended December 31, 2022 were $361,428 after adjustments to align with actual cost for the years ended December 31, 2021, and December 31, 2022. |
