What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? The purpose of Grand Opportunity USA is to motivate, educate, and mobilize young people, minority groups, and citizens of all backgrounds to promote the social welfare of the United States by advocating to advance American values and their interests and needs. Organizations uses the motto "You're the Voter, You Decide."
