Also, the Council is the principal organizer of a series of conferences held in cooperation with other organizations with a variety of speakers who focus on national security, intelligence, and domestic issues and how citizens can influence public policy issues pending at the federal level of government.

Pt VI, Line 11b	The Draft of the Form 990 and the annual audit are reviewed by the officers and directors before they are filed, at a regularly scheduled board of directors meeting held in two parts and at two different dates and times. Prior to the board and officers review, the organizations management team reviews these two reports, asks questions of the CPA who prepared it, and provides corrections. Both documents are provided to the directors at least 3 days in advance of their meeting. The Boards corrections, questions and changes to these documents are immediately communicated to the Chief Financial Officer, the auditor, and the accountant, and a final draft is then completed by said parties and executed by the parties authorized by the board to do so.
