Form 990 governing body review Part VI line 11 The Treasurer prepares the Form 990 and reviews with the Executive Secretary, President, and/or the Finance Committee. Since all data for the Form 990 is drawn from the detailes Report of the Treasurer, which is presented to the Executive Board, in effect all members of the Executive Board have had an opportunity to review the Report. If there are questions, these will be referred to knowledgeable members of the Executive Board. If after submission, questions arise that call for amendment to the Form 990, this will be done promptly. A copy of Form 990 is sent to the Finance Director of The Delta Kappa Gamma Society International.

The Virginia State governing documents consisting primarily of its bylaws and standing rules are available generally to all members on the state website and to the public upon request. Printed copies are given to members of the Executive Board, Committee Chairman, Chapter Presidents, and members of the staff. The bylaws and standing rules are in harmony with the International Constitution for the organization.
