Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 6	To become a member of the Organization, an individual or entity must purchase a membership from the Organization or from another member, sign a water users' agreement, and be approved for membership by the board of directors. Membership entitles the members to have water delivered to their property if located in the distribution area. Members are also entitled to one vote for each membership owned.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7a	The members elect directors from each of the nine districts to serve a three-ear term. The Directors hold monthly board meetings - open to all members - and conduct the Organization's business.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7b	Members assessments, as recommended by the board, must be approved by a majority of the members present at the annual meeting of the members.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b	A copy of the Form 990 is provided to the directors for their review. Once approved, the Form 990 is filed.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 12c	At each monthly board meeting, financial statements and related bills are reviewed and approved by the board. Any conflicts of interest are monitored, discussed and resolved.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 15a	The Board of Directors review th performance of the manager and compares duties to comparable jobs with similar organizations. The board then determines a reasonable salary for the manager in the area.
Form 990, Part VI, Section C, Line 18	Water users' agreement and copy of the rules and regulations of the organization are proved to all new members upon application for membership. Monthly financial statements are available at each monthly board meeting and audited financial statements are available at the annual members' meeting. Articles of incorporation, corporate by-laws, rules and regulations, and water quality reports are available to the public online at www.montezumawater.org and, upon request, at the Company offices at 8024 County Road T, Dolores, CO 81323.
