Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 7a	Directors are elected to a two-year term. Nominees are chosen from the membership by the TPM Executive Committee, existing Directors, TPM Members, or the TPM President. Nominees for Director are elected by a quorum of the Board of Directors. The final version of the Form 990 was reviewed and approved for filing by the Board of Directors.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 12c	Annually, the Board of Directors reviews the conflict of interest policy. Each board member is then asked to disclose any possible conflicts. Additionally, all interested persons (directors, service providers, or any other person having responsibility for the management or administration of the organization's finances, investments, or other proprietary information) are under a continuing obligation to disclose any potential conflict of interest to the Board of Directors as soon as it is known or reasonably should be known.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 15a	The executive committee establishes a compensation committee to review and recommend CEO compensation. Persons with conflicts of interest with respect to the compensation arrangement at issue are not allowed to be members of the compensation committee. The compensation committee reviews the duties and responsibilities of the CEO, reviews the accomplishments and challenges faced by the CEO, and reviews any available compensation information of CEOs of regional organizations that are similar in size and complexity.
