Part X, Line 2:	The Corporation has determined that it has no uncertain income tax positions as of December 31, 2022 and 2021. Also, the Corporation does not anticipate any increase or decrease in unrecognized tax benefits during the next twelve months that would result in a material change to its financial position. The Corporation's income tax returns for years ended after December 31, 2019, remain open for examination. The Corporation includes interest and penalties in the consolidated financial statements as a component of income tax expense. No interest or penalties are included in the Corporation's income tax expense for the years ended December 31, 2021 and 2020.
