Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7a The Board of Directors consists of four IBEW Local Union members, one each from Local Unions 575, 683, 688 and 1105, appointed by the unions management and four union contractors members of Central Ohio Chapter, NECA, Inc. which are appointed by the Board of Directors.
