What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? WE PROVIDE AND MAINTAIN A RECREATIONAL AREA FOR 230 LOT AND HOME OWNERS. THIS INCLUDES A LAKE, BEACH, BATHHOUSE, PLAYGROUND, HORSESHOES, VOLLEYBALL, BASKETBALL, FISHING, BOATING AND FISH STOCKING. WE ALSO MAINTAIN 0.3 MILES OF ROAD. OUR YEARLY HOMEOWNERS' DUES GOES TOWARDS THE UPKEEP, IMPROVEMENT, AND MAINTENANCE.
