Part VI, Line 6	We are a membership fraternal organization. There are no stockholders or member ownership.
Part VI, Line 7a	The governing body is elected to terms as directed via our constitution and by-laws. No individual has the sole power to appoint members to the governing body.
Part VI, Line 7b	The vote of the membership at regularly schedule meetings approves all expenses and endeavors. The 5 elected trustees have the ability to manage the Social Room within the guideline of the constitution and aerie by-laws.
Part VI, Line 11b	The 990 is reviewed by at least one trustee and all financial transactions are reviewed by the internal auditor and treasurer prior to completion of the 990. The 990 is then made available to any member to view upon request to the Aerie Secretary. A copy of the 990 is also sent the Grand Aerie for their review.
Part VI, Line 19	All documents and financial statements are available upon request to the Aerie Secretary. In addition the Aerie By-Laws are posted int he Social room for members and guest to review.
