Explanation:

This return was originally submitted online March 11, 2022, but was rejected due to the "EIN' of the Filer in the Return Header was not established as an exempt organization filer in the e-File database. After many phone calls with the IRS Help Desk, I was instructed to send a letter along with the paper copy and rejection notice as Pocahontas Homes, Inc. was indeed an exempt organization, which I mailed on September 1, 2022. I was then told in a letter dated January 23, 2023, from the IRS that this return could still not be processed as it was not in an electronic format. After more phone calls, I was instructed by the IRS Help Desk to complete and mail Form 8948 explaining why it had not been filed electronically. Since that time, I received several notices from the IRS stating that this inquiry would be responded to, but more time was needed. In the most recent letter from the IRS dated October 12, 2023, I was instructed to once again file electronically as this return could not be processed. I called the IRS Help Desk once again and was told to submit electronically through the same provider.
