Briefly describe the organization’s mission: The primary purpose of the Council shall be the instruction and training of Council members for the purpose of improving and developing their capabilities in the estate planning field, and the instruction of the public on estate planning matters, including the principles applicable and procedures available to the transfer of property to the object of the owner's bounty by gift, bequest or devise; to foster intelligent cooperation and understanding of the relationships among the professions represented by its members for the enhancement of estate planning information and services provided to the community; and through its activities to enable its members to improve estate planning services made available to the community.
