THE TAXPAYER, OKLAHOMA NEWSPAPER FOUNDATION, ACTED IN A RESPONSIBLE MANNER UNDER CFR 26 301.6724-1(D) PRIOR TO THE FILING DEADLINE BY EXERCISING ORDINARY BUSINESS CARE AND PRUDENCE IN MAINTAINING A DILIGENT RECORD OF COMPLIANCE WITH ALL INTERNAL REVENUE LAWS AND PROCEDURES (301.6724-1(B)(2)).
