Membership has grown to include to 65 members. The Organization holds the Annual Meeting over Presidents' Weekend in February and dinners at professional meetings.

Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 3	Innovative Management Concepts (IMC) is the management company of the Organization, as directed by the Board. Alan Morasch, Executive Director, is a 100% shareholder of IMC. IMC was paid $103,599 for administrative services.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 6	The Organization consists of two classes of members: One class of members consists of surgeons, and these are voting members which pay annual dues set by the Board. The second class of members consists of corporate members which are nonvoting members. The nonvoting members also pay annual dues set by the Board.
