Pt VI, Line 6	FONL has over 400 members who pay dues to become members of the Organization. FONL does not have stockholders.
Pt VI, Line 7a	FONL members participate in electing the Organization's President, President-Elect, Secretary, Treasurer and Regional Directors on the state level. At the Regional Chapter level, Chapter members vote for their Chapter President, President-Elect, Secretary and Treasurer. The FONL President has the authority to appoint Chairpersons of key organizational committees as well as the FONL Historian. Committee Chairs and the Historian are members of the FONL Board of Directors.
