We had a change in officers and I was unaware that last years taxes weren't done. I realized it when filing this years taxes. I reached out to our CPA who either didn't respond to me or responded to the old treasurer without me cc'd. We have since let the last CPA go and I will be personally filing taxes to make sure this doesn't happen again. I deeply apologize
