FELS FUND PROVIDES GRANTS TO SUPPORT SERVICES, ADVOCACY AND ACTIVITIES THAT MOVE US TOWARDS A MORE SOCIAL, RACIALLY AND ECONOMICALLY JUST SOCIETY. FELS FUND HAS THREE FUNDING STREAMS: 1.
