What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? The Erie Economic Development Council (EEDC) performs the following activities in furtherance of its purpose: 1)Hosting and promotion of networking events to promote local businesses and highlight those qualities of Erie that will attract new businesses and employers to the community 2) Provide educational programs for EEDC and local business community members with a focus on sustainable and balanced economic development to encourage growth while supporting current businesses and employers 3) Fundraise through membership drives. Each of the activities will be performed by EEDC members with the assistance and direction of the Board.
Describe the organization’s program service accomplishments for each of its three largest program services, as measured by expenses. In a clear and concise manner, describe the services provided, the number of persons benefited, and other relevant information for each program title.
