Owners of golf memberships in good standing shall be entitled to vote, hold office, and to serve on the Board of Directors. Junior members shall have all of the privileges of a golf membership, but shall not be entitled to vote, hold office, or serve on the Board of Directors, unless the junior member is the owner of a share of stock. Tenured senior members shall have all of the privileges of a golf membership, but shall not be entitled to vote, hold office, or serve on the Board of Directors. Social members shall not be entitled to own stock, vote, hold office, or serve on the Board of Directors. |
