Pt VI, Line 6	The Chamber is made up of individual and business members who pay membership dues, volunteer to help with any projects they wish , and who elect the Board of Directors through an annual vote.
Pt VI, Line 7a	The membership is notified annully of the election for Board of Directors, and all members in good standing have opportunity to vote in the election.
Pt VI, Line 7b	The Board of directors meets regularly according to the Open Meeting Laws of Oklahoma. All members are welcome to attend and voice their opinions on any discussions or decisions made.
