Part X : FIN48 Footnote	The Trust has been amended since receiving its original determination letter from the Internal Revenue Service. However, the Trusts administrator and the Trusts counsel believe that the Trust is currently designed and being operated in compliance with the applicable requirements of the Internal Revenue Code. Therefore, they believe that the Trust was qualified and the related Plan was exempt from income taxes as of the financial statement date. Therefore, no provision for income taxes has been included in the Trusts financial statements.Tax years 2010 - 2022 remain subject to examination for federal income tax purposes. Part X : FIN48 Footnote

The Trust has been amended since receiving its original determination letter from the Internal Revenue Service. However, the Trusts administrator and the Trusts counsel believe that the Trust is currently designed and being operated in compliance with the applicable requirements of the Internal Revenue Code. Therefore, they believe that the Trust was qualified and the related Plan was exempt from income taxes as of the financial statement date. Therefore, no provision for income taxes has been included in the Trusts financial statements.Tax years 2010 - 2022 remain subject to examination for federal income tax purposes. The Trust uses a loss contingency approach for evaluating uncertain tax positions.
