Part X : FIN48 Footnote CIFC 120 Main is a title holding nonprofit corporation exempt from federal income tax under provisions of the Internal Revenue Service Code, Section 501(c)(2) and follows the Accounting for Uncertainty in Income Taxes standard which requires CIFC 120 Main to report uncertain tax positions, related interest and penalties, and to adjust its unrecognized tax benefits and accrued interest and penalties accordingly. CIFC 120 Main determined that there were no material unrecognized tax benefits to report.

These total capital contributions total $10,371,148.
