This meeting was held online due to COVID-19 but was attended by over 2500 two thousand five hundred staff at member institutions. The purpose of the meeting was to exchange knowledge about the use of Ex Libris products and library systems administration. A portion of that meeting's content was dedicated to technology developers and product updates from Ex Libris a Clarivate company https: el-una.org meetings meeting-archives eluna-2022-annual-meeting .

Working groups are responsible for advocacy activity for the community that licenses a common product. Community of Practice are subject matter experts in specific areas of interest to library professionals. Delegates from member institutions vote on bylaw and constitutional changes. Steering committee officers are elected on an annual basis and serve a three year term. The chair is elected from the steering committee members for a 3 year term.
