An extention was granted and we filed the return on 11/11/2023. Unfortunately it can back to use earlier this year stating we need to efile which we were not aware of. when the notice can back from the IRS a volunteer filed it instead of giving it to the office to address. We found it when we were preparing 2022 tax return. That's how we knew we had to efile future 990. We apoligize we have several volunteers all 70 year old Vietnam Veterans and this was unintentional.
