The original 990-EZ was prepared in April 2022 and filed before the May 2022 deadline. We received a letter from IRS and the return was returned in December 2022. The letter indicated that IRS cannot process the Form 990-EZ because the Taxpayer First Act requires electronic filing. The IRS letter reply number is:0422697269. We have electronically filed the 990-EZ as soon we were notified. We ask that there be no penalty.
