THE PREVIOUS ACCOUNTANT THAT WAS HIRED TO GET THE RETURN READY FOR THE NONPROFIT HAS RETIRED AND THE FORMS WERE NOT COMPLETE AND WERE NOT EFILED EITHER. AN IRS LETTER WAS RECEIVED, STATING THAT WE NEEDED TO EFILE THE FORMS. WE HAVE HIRED A NEW ACCOUNTANT AND WE WILL BE GETTING THE FORMS FILED ASAP ONCE THE EFILE PORTAL IS OPEN AGAIN.
