Explanation:

Form 990 EZ was mailed late in 2021 due to the Pandemic. The association did not meet, collect or expend any funds. We mailed the 990 EZ and 990T in good faith because we understood that we could mail it since we have no revenue or assets. Another factor is that the Treasurer was ill and under medical care for her illness and was unable to handle the filing for the association.
