Explanation:

This form was completed, mailed and received by the IRS on time. However, it was done on paper and mailed instead of being submitted electronically. I was unaware of this requirement and have always filled out the form by hand and mailed it in. There is no way to submit the form to the IRS on irs.gov, only through a third party. I just received it back in the mail and am re-filing it, electronically. I have complied now and a penalty of and kind would cause our labor union undue hardship.
