Explanation:

During this filing period an election was held and there was a change in administration. The former officers then either changed lodges or just quit. The administrator being one of them. during the following months there were 2 temporary administrators put in office. On November 1st I took office and in January, 2023 an audit was completed. That is when we realized that this had not been filed.
