A copy of the signed unanimous written consent of the Trustees is attached to this Statement.Fidelity Investments Charitable Gift Fund (EIN: 11-0303001) is an organization that is exempt from federal income tax under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended (the Code), and has been classified as a public charity for at least sixty months. The address of Fidelity Investments Charitable Gift Fund is 200 Seaport Boulevard, MZ: NM43A, Boston, MA 02210. The Foundation transferred its remaining asset, consisting of cash held at Bank of America in the amount of $8,876.86 to Fidelity Investments Charitable Gift Fund on October 28, 2022. This transfer resulted in the termination of the Foundations existence as a charitable trust for both US and MA reporting purposes. However the bank account will not be closed until the Form 990PF final return refund check of is received from Internal Revenue Service and deposited into the Fidelity Charitable account. .
