What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? to promote the Old Boise Historic District and promote the businesses within with co-op advertising

28 Normally we advertise thru social media. But with the financial drain of COVID, Old Boise Merchants Association Board quit charging the members the association fees for over a year. Bars, restaurants, shoes, and clothing stores were and are still recovering. we are back to somewhat normal now and started charging and opening up for events. we had losses due to advance planning of events there were cancelled.

I mailed the return in and it was received May 23 2022 per the stamp on the paperwork,i just received back today and was told to file online i did not realize i needed to file or remember to file online. COVID was raging and everything was partially closed, late timelines off. COVID fog brain for sure.
