28 Litigation under the National Environmental Policy Act and FOIA related to the Navy EA18-G (Growler) jets increase in training over Central Whidbey and the surrounding region of NW Washington State. We prevailed in another FOIA lawsuit against the Navy during the year. We won at stage two of our NEPA suit and have continued to litigate the matter and are currently awaiting the trial court's remedy ruling.
