Dear IRS:The 2020 annual filing for our family foundation form 990 for Tax period: Nov. 30 2021 was returned to us.We have contacted IRS and talked to an IRS staff ID 1004010016 on Dec. 23rd 2022.As her recommendation also as the instruction stated in your letter we are now re submitting this form electronically. As explained in the attached letter in earlier filing for tax period Nov. 30 2020 we chose the same route for filing i.e. in paper by mail the return for tax period Nov. 30 2021 since the earlier return 2019 was accepted by IRS in 2021. Filing with paper was due to the simplicity of our return with the revenue of only $1 which is the passive interest from bank during this period. There was no other income or expenses. We searched the websites of the form 990 providers listed on IRS.org mostly charge $199 or above for each filing. Considering the actual revenue for our return was only $1 this was an out-of-proportion expense to the revenue.
