| Form 990, Part VI, Line 6 | MEMBERS OF THE ORGANIZATION: Each chapter of the organization is made up of members. Any member in good standing of the Oklahoma Society of Certified Public Accountants is automatically admitted to membership in one of the chapters of the Oklahoma Society of CPAs subject to the payment of chapter dues. The three classes of members are fellow member, associate member, and student member. A fellow member is one who holds a certificate in good standing as a Certified Public Accountant. An associate member is a CPA examination candidate who sits for the CPA examination at least annually. A student member is a student with an interest in accounting enrolled either full time or part time at an accredited college or university. The members are entitled to vote. Student Members and Associate Members do not have voting rights. |
