The board members email questions and the return is filed after the questions have been satisfactorily answered.

Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 15a	The annual salary for the Executive Director was discussed and agreed upon by the Board of Directors considering the job description and the work experience of the ED. This was done in 2017, no change in this in 2018. A performance review was done in November 2019 and a performance bonus was given.
