	MEMBER SHARE ACCOUNTS The Credit Union's share accounts offer advantages to members of all ages with competitive dividend rates. There were 471 member-owned accounts as of December 31, 2022. Members' share (savings) accounts pay dividends quarterly. The development of consistent savings habits is encouraged to each member. Members are encouraged to come to the office to meet staff and discuss their savings needs.

Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7a	Credit Unions have member eligibility; persons meeting their eligibility join the Credit Union and contribute funds to what is called shares/savings. These members attend annual meetings at which time board members are voted upon and elected.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b	Since Form 990 has to be electronically submitted, the governing body (Board of Directors) has given the President/Manager the authority to file electronically without their input.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 15	The President's and other staff member's salaries and increases are reviewed and decided upon by the governing body (Board of Directors).
Form 990, Part VI, Section C, Line 18	The Credit Union makes its governing documents available to the public upon request.
